By this preacipee dated 9th April 2026, Ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks to pass the direction for issuance of fresh citation.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, by an Order dated 26th March 2026 the Applicant was directed to carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and bring on record the legal heirs of the Petitioner No. 1. He further submits that, the Order directing the Registry to issue fresh citation is remained to be incorporated and as such the Applicant is unable to serve the citation upon the newly added legal heirs of the Petitioner No. 1.

In view of the above, Order dated 26th March 2026 stands to add as follows:
