1. This Chamber Order is filed by M/s. Katariya & Associates for their discharge as Advocates for Plaintiffs in Suit No. 1854 fo 2004. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that despite several reminders, the Plaintiffs have failed to provide necessary instructions required for the conduct of the case. It is further stated that the Plaintiffs have failed to settle the outstanding professional fees of the Advocate. The Advocate for Plaintiffs have given notice dated 07.02.2026 to the Plaintiffs informing that they shall not be representing them any further in the matter and on failure to pay the pending memos within seven days from the receipt of the said Notice, they will seek discharge by filing appropriate application. The said Notice is served upon Plaintiffs by email dated 07.02.2026 and by Speed Post on 09.02.2026. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs states that since no response is received to the said notice, they have filed the present Chamber Order for discharge as Advocate for Plaintiffs.

2. The Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof is forwarded to the Plaintiffs by letter dated 13.03.2026. The same are received by Plaintiff Nos. 1 and 2, however, the envelope dispatched to the Plaintiff No. 3 is returned with the postal remark "Left". The said Chamber Order and Affidavit in support is also served through email and the said email is received by all the three Plaintiffs.
3. None of the Plaintiffs is present.
4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocates M/s.
Katariya and Associates are hereby discharged as Advocates for Plaintiffs in Suit No. 1854 of 2004. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. Katariya and Associates as Advocates for Plaintiffs in Suit No. 1854 of 2004.
