The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 14.10.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended that all office objections were complied with but clear copies of ID proof received late and the applicant was out of India. It is further contended that since the applicant is of 64 years, was not in a position to travel India frequently. Ld. Advocate for applicant made a statement that as on date, captioned Petition is uncontested. Statement is accepted.

Office informed that there is delay of 20 days in filing present Chamber Order. Ld. Advocate submits that for the aforesaid reasons, delay is caused, which was not intentional and prays for condonation of the same.

Grounds mentioned in Affidavit appear to be genuine and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Hence, in the interest of justice, delay of 20 days caused in filing present Chamber Order is condoned and the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The petitioner to remove office objections of Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered by filing compliance praecipe within two weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
