Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that in view of order dated 09.01.2026, two weeks time was granted to remove office objections in captioned Suit. It is further contended that office objections with regard to translation of documents took time and the matter got rejected.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that delay in removing office objections was neither deliberate nor intentional. Hence, present Chamber Order may be granted.

Ld. Advocates appearing on behalf of Defendant Nos. 2 to 7 submit that appropriate order may be passed.

Hence, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately, upon payment of cost of Rs. 2,500/- to 'The High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai' - Bank of India Mumbai (Main) Branch, Account No. 000120110001337, IFSC Code : BKID0000001. The cost is to be paid within two week from today.

The Plaintiff to remove office objections on the Suit and get the same registered and/or numbered within four weeks from the date of payment of cost, failing Suit to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
