Mr. Kayval Shah a/w Mitisha Parekh, Advocate for Defendant Nos. 29a to 53. (Applicant).

P.C.:

1. The Ld. Advocate appearing for Defendant Nos. 29a to 53 has filed a praecipe for speaking to the Minutes of Order dated 27.03.2026 for corrections in the order.

2. It appears that in the Chamber Order as also in Order dated 27.03.2026, it is mentioned that Advocates Tejas Kishor Sanghrajka & Kayval P. Shah are discharged as Advocates for Defendant Nos. 29a to 63 instead of 29a to 53.

3. In view thereof, Figure 63 appearing in the aforesaid order dated 27.03.2026 as also in Chamber Order to be read and corrected as 53.

For the sake of convenience, the corrected order dated 27.03.2026 is reproduced here under;

4. This Chamber Order is filed by Advocates Tejas Kishor Sanghrajka & Kayval P. Shah for their discharge as Advocates for Defendant Nos. 29a to 53 in Suit No. 3219 of 2010. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the said Advocates tried to seek instructions in the aforesaid matter, however,

Contd. ...2/- the aforesaid Defendants did not give any instructions in the matter and therefore, their Advocates are required to file the present application seeking discharge in the aforesaid Suit. Vide letter dated 02.02.2026, the Advocates have informed Defendant Nos. 29a to 63 that they shall not be appearing in the matter and informed that they have no objection if any other Advocate is appointed by the aforesaid Defendants. The said letter has been delivered on the aforesaid Defendants on 04.02.2026. Thereafter by letter dated 18.02.2026, the Advocates requested to the aforesaid Defendants to appoint new Advocate and to collect the papers from them and take No Objection. The said letter is delivered on 19.02.2026.

The Ld. Advocate for the aforesaid Defendants states that despite the aforesaid letters, the said Defendants have not contacted the Advocates to give instructions in the matter. In view thereof, the present Chamber Order is filed by the Advocates for their discharge in the matter.

5. The present Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof is served on the aforesaid Defendants which is received on 26.03.2026.

The Ld. Advocate for the aforesaid Defendants tenders Affidavit of service dated 26.03.2026 to that effect. The said Affidavit is taken on record.

6. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocates Tejas Kishor Sanghrajka & Kayval P. Shah are hereby discharged as Advocates for Defendant Nos.

29a to 53 in Suit No. 3219 of 2010. Office to
