By this Chamber Order, the Plaintiff seeks liberty to serve the Writ of Summons upon the Defendant No. 11 Ms. Dhanu Gordhan Patel as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Writ of Summons sent for service upon the Defendant No. 11 was returned by the postal authority with remark "Left". He further submits that, the bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay had filed affidavit of service in respect of the attempt made for service. He, therefore, prays that, the Plaintiff be permitted to serve the Writ of Summons by way of substituted service by publishing in two newspapers i.e. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navakal" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi having circulation at Palghar and Thane Districts.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Plaintiff is directed to publish the Writ of Summons in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navakal" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi within three weeks
