By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon ALL CONCERNED legal heirs of the deceased by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit that, Sunita Vishram Shinde, deceased died as issueless and she did not disclose any particulars or details regarding her legal heirs. It is further stated that, the Applicant is not aware of the names and addresses or whereabouts of any such person who may be related to or claimed any interest in the estate of the deceased. It is further stated that, the Applicant had made all due and diligent inquiry and search to ascertain the whereabouts of any surviving of legal heirs but could not get any details about any surviving family members. The Applicant, therefore, requested to

permit him to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai. 4.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, Sunita Vishram Shinde, deceased died as issueless and she did not disclose any particulars or details regarding her legal heirs. She further submits that, the Applicant is not aware of the names and addresses or whereabouts of any such person who may be related to or claimed any interest in the estate of the deceased. She further submits that, the Applicant had made all due and diligent inquiry and search to ascertain the whereabouts of any surviving of legal heirs but could not get any details about any surviving family members. She further submits that, due to inadvertently the name of Marathi newspapers in which citation is to be published is incorrectly written in the schedule and the affidavit as "Navshakti Times" instead of "Navshakti". She, therefore prays that, the Applicant be permitted to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi. She, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused para 8 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service of citation upon ALL CONCERNED legal heirs of the deceased within four weeks from the date of uploading this

Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
