1. It is pointed out by the office that in order dated 30.03.2026, in para - 5, the year of COMIP No. 514 of 2016 is mentioned as 2026 instead of 2016. The same is to be read and corrected as 2016.

The order dated 30.03.2026 is corrected accordingly.

For the sake of convenience, the corrected order dated 30.03.2026 is reproduced hereunder;

2. This Chamber Order is filed by Advocate Ms. Sapana Rachure for her discharge as Advocate for Defendant No. 1 in Commercial IP Suit No. 514 of 2016. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the Advocate has not been receiving instructions in the above matter, from Defendant No.1. It is further stated that she has been also informed by Advocate Mr. P. K.

Bagchi who is also from Guwahati through whom she was appointed in the above matter, that even he is not in contact with the Defendant No.1. It is further stated that the above matter was listed on 05.01.2026 when the Hon'ble Court was informed that she would be filing application for discharge as no instructions are received. By letter dated

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) 05.01.2026, she sought instructions from Defendant No.1 to give appropriate instructions on or before 12.01.2026, failing application for discharge will be filed in the matter. The said letter is served on Defendant No.1 on 07.01.2026.

3. The Ld. Advocate for Defendant No. 1 tenders Affidavit of service dated 30.03.2026 proving service of Chamber and Affidavit in support thereof to the Defendant No. 1 through Speed Post as well as through email.

The said Affidavit of service is taken on record.

4. Despite receiving the aforesaid Chamber Order, Defendant No. 1 is absent.

5. The Ld. Advocate for Defendant No. 1 states that the aforesaid matter was listed on 26.03.2026 and some other Advocate had appeared on behalf of Defendant No. 1.

6. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.

Advocate Ms. Sapana Rachure is hereby discharged as Advocate for Defendant No. 1 in Commercial IP Suit No. 514 of 2016. Office to delete the name of Advocate Ms.

Sapana Rachure in Commercial IP Suit No. 514 of 2016.
