By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks leave to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Perused the schedule and the affidavit in support. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petition for Letter of Administration with Will was filed. He further submits that, the deceased had bequeathed his property in favour of his wife. He further submits that the wife of the deceased had expired before filing the above Petition. He further submits that, son had filed the Petition for Letters of Administration with Will of the deceased. He further submits that, in view of the Order dated 27th November 2025 the bequeathed made by the deceased is lapse as vide Section 105 of Indian Succession Act. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed. Applicant be permitted to reverification be dispensed with.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Reverification dispensed with.
