By this Chamber Order, the Applicant / Plaintiff seeks liberty to serve the Writ of Summons upon the following Defendants by way of substituted service as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

(1) Karan Ramkrishna Sharma, Defendant No. 7 (2) Vinod Balram Yadav, Defendant No. 8 (3) Zulekha Aziz, Defendant No. 9 (4) Krishna Vijay Thappa, Defendant No. 10 (5) Poonam Pathak, Defendant No. 13(a) (6) Priya Pathak, Defendant No. 13(b) (7) Supriya Pathak, Defendant No. 13(c) (8) Raj Pathak, Defendant No. 13(d) 2.

Perused the Affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the writ of summons sent for service upon the abovenamed Defendants could not be served and the same were returned unserved. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed and the Plaintiff be permitted to publish the Writ of Summons in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English

Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service of Writ of Summons upon abovenamed Defendants and also pasting at the last known address of the abovenamed Defendants. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Applicant is directed to publish the Writ of Summons in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service of Writ of Summons upon abovenamed Defendants and affix the Writ of Summons at the conspicuous part of the last known address of the abovenamed Defendants within three weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
