1. The present Chamber Order is filed by the Respondent No. 3 for discharge of his Advocates David Associates as Advocates for the Respondent No. 3 in Execution Application (Lodg.) No. 213 of 2017. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that after initial engagement of the aforesaid Advocates, the said Advocates are not properly communicating with the Respondent No. 3 and despite repeated requests made through personal visits, telephone calls and messages, Respondent No. 3 has not been provided with proper updates regarding hearing dates, filings and orders passed by this Hon'ble Court. The Respondent No. 3, therefore, requested to the said Advocate to issue No Objection, however, the same has not been issued. The Respondent No. 3 is now desirous to appoint The Juris Partners as Advocates to represent him in the aforesaid Execution Application and, therefore, filed the present application for discharge of Advocates David Associates.

The Ld. Advocate appearing for Respondent No. 3 in Chamber Order has filed Affidavit of service dated 23.04.2026 stating therein that on 17.04.2026, they have

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) forwarded the Chamber Order alongwith Notice dated 17.04.2026 to David Associates about filing of Chamber Order for discharge and requesting them to issue No Objection in favour of new Advocate. The said Notice alongwith copy of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof was sent by Speed Post at the last known address to M/s.

David Associates, however, the said packet returned with the remark "Left".

3. The Ld. Advocate states that since David Associates is not in contact with Respondent No. 3, he is unable to proceed with the matter and hence, he is desirous to appoint new Advocate on discharge of the earlier Advocate.

4. None present for M/s. David Associates through their name is shown on the causelist.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. M/s. David Associates, Advocates are hereby discharged as Advocates for Respondent No. 3 in Execution Application (Lodg.) No. 213 of 2017. Office to delete the name of said Advocates from the record of the aforesaid Execution Application.

Chamber Order is disposed of accordingly.
