1. The present Chamber Order is filed by M/s. Mulla and Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, Advocates for their discharge as Advocates for Defendant No. 1 in Suit No.

154 of 2015. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that by email dated 27.02.2026 from the aforesaid Defendant No. 1, they have received instructions that he has appointed another Advocate who appeared on his behalf in the above matter. Copy of said email is annexed to the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. The Ld. Advocate for Defendant No. 1 further states that M/s. Mulla and Mulla and Craigie Blunt and Caroe have already given No Objection on the Vakalatnama filed by one Ooril Nilesh Panchal on 26.03.2026 for appearing on behalf of Defendant No. 1 in the aforesaid Suit.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances and since Defendant No. 1 had already informed to the Advocates and obtained No Objection on Vakalatnama of another Advocate, Chamber Order is allowed.

Advocates M/s. Mulla and Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe are hereby discharged as Advocates for Defendant No. 1 in Suit No.
