By this Chamber Order, the Petitioners seek liberty to serve the Notice upon the Respondent No. 4 Shri Shahid Ahmad by way of substituted service as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Hon'ble Court was pleased to issue Notice and Hamdast was allowed. He further submits that, a Notice dated 9th February 2026 was sent for service upon the Respondent No. 4 Shri Shahid Ahmad, but the said Notice was returned with postal remark "unclaimed" and the same could not be served upon the Respondent No. 4. He, therefore, prays that Petitioners be permitted to serve the Notice by way of substituted service by publishing in two newspapers viz. in "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi having circulation in Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Petitioners are directed to publish the Notice by publishing in two newspapers i.e. in "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e.

: 2 :

Marathi as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within two weeks from the date of uploading this Order.

Registry to issue fresh Notice with returnable date given by the Hon'ble Court.
