It appears from the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order that, the Applicant seeks deletion of name of Petitioner No. 3 Sagar Umesh Sawant (Son of late Umesh Shivaji Sawant), Grandson of deceased and substitute the name of Supriya Umesh Sawant, Daughter-in-law of the deceased. Since the Class-I heirs of the deceased are alive i.e. Petitioner No. 1, 2 and 4. The daughter-inlaw of the deceased son cannot be added as a party Petitioner No. 3 in place of Petitioner No. 3 who is minor and grandson of the deceased.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks liberty to annex the fresh schedule to the Chamber Order.
