Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner No. 3 viz. Sagar Umesh Sawant who is minor and his name is to be deleted from the title of the Petition. She therefore prays that, the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed.
