By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner No. 1 Firdoze Burjor Joshi died on 6th November 2025. She further submits that, the Applicant be permitted to delete the name of the Petitioner No. 1 and substitute the name of the Applicant as Petitioner and to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within three weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
