By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Column "I" of the Execution Applicant as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that inadvertently the name of the Partners of Shah Veerchand Chunilal and Company were remained to be mentioned in Column "I" of the Execution Application. She further submits that, since the names os the parties were not reflected under Column "I" of the Execution Application, warrant of attachment and in the warrant of sale under Order XXI Rule 64 of Civil Procedure Code Office of the Commissioner for Taking Accounts could not proceed for issuance of proclamation of sale. She, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. 4.

Applicant is directed to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. Chamber Order be carry out within three weeks from the date of uploading this Order. 07.04.2026 Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master sbk
