By this Chamber Order, the Applicant / Plaintiff seeks liberty to amend the plaint as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order by deleting the name of Defendant No. 17 and 19 since they were expired.

Perused the affidavit in support. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff submits that, the writ of summons sent for service upon Defendant Nos. 17 and 19 were returned unserved on the ground that the said Defendants were expired. He further submits that, since the Defendant Nos. 17 and 19 were expired and their legal heirs are already on record, the Applicant / Plaintiff be permitted to delete the name of Defendant Nos. 17 and 19 from the cause title.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Applicant / Plaintiff carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. Applicant / Plaintiff is directed
