29. CHOL/268/2026 IN WP(L)/20215/2024 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 07.01.2026, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant tenders Affidavit of Service showing service of Chamber Order upon other side. The same is taken on record.

Today, none appeared for and on behalf of the Respondents.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that vide conditional Order dated 07.01.2026, Applicant was directed to remove office objections within two weeks. However, as Petitioner was not aware of the said conditional order, matter got rejected due to non compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that inadvertently non-compliance has occurred and now, he will pursue with the captioned Petition diligently and therefore, prays that delay of 20 days caused in filing present Chamber Order may be condoned and Chamber Order may be granted. Reasons mentioned on oath, as above, appears to be bonafide, and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Hence, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed by condoning delay of 20 days caused in filing Chamber Order, upon payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- to 'The High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at .... 2
