The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 04.12.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders Affidavit of Service, showing service of Chamber Order upon respondent, which is taken on record. Despite service, none appeared for the respondent.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended that due to misplacement of office file of the matter at the Advocate's office, office objections could not be removed in time. It is further contended that for the same reason, there was delay of 43 days caused in filing present Chamber Order, which was not intentional.

Reasons mentioned in Affidavit, appear to be genuine and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical ground. Moreover, none appeared for respondent to resist present Chamber order. Hence, in the interest of justice, present Chamber order is granted as prayed.

The petitioner to remove office objections of Petition and get the same registered/ numbered by filing/uploading compliance praecipe within two working weeks, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
