P.C.:

1. The present Chamber Order is filed by the Applicant for discharge of their Advocates Alliance Law as Advocates for the Applicant in Commercial Execution Application (Lodg.) No. 3268 of 2024. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that due to certain irreconcilable differences, lack of communication and loss of confidence, the Applicant has decided to discontinue the services of the said erstwhile Advocate. The continuation of the professional relationship has become untenable and is detrimental to the effective conduct of the present case. Despite multiple oral and written requests, the said Advocates has failed and refused to give NOC, stating that there are pending dues. The applicant by letter dated 17.12.2025 forwarded the Vakalatnama to the Advocates M/s. Alliance Law asking for NOC.

The representative of Advocate accepted the letter, however they cancelled the acknowledgement after sometime. The Applicant has, therefore, filed this Chamber Order through their present Advocate for discharge of M/s. Alliance Law as Advocates on record in the aforesaid Commercial Execution Application.

2. The Applicant has filed Affidavit of service proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof to the Advocates M/s. Alliance Law through email.

3. None present for Advocates M/s. Alliance Law, despite service.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.

M/s. Alliance Law, Advocates are hereby discharged as Advocates for the Applicant in Commercial Execution Application (Lodg.) No. 3268 of 2024. Office to delete the name of the said Advocates from the record of the aforesaid Commercial Execution Application.

Chamber Order is disposed of accordingly.
