By this preacipe dated 11th April, 2026, the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Execution Application as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay went for service of Notice upon the Respondent but the same could not be served and the bailiff had submitted his report dated 29th October 2025 stating therein that, the Notice is returned un-executed. He further submits that, the Applicant be permitted to amend the Column "B" and "J" of the Execution Application as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed.
