By this preacipe dated 7th May, 2026, Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Claimant seeks extension of time to carry out the Order dated 20th April, 2026 and also dispensation of reverification. 2.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, by an Order dated 20th April, 2026 the Applicant / Claimant was permitted to carry out the amendment in Column 'B' and 'J' of the Execution Application as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. He further submits that, the amendment is not carried out and compliance for the Order dated 20th April, 2026 four weeks time may be granted and further prays that, the reverification be dispensed with.
