By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Perused the affidavit in support. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner had expired on 2nd September 2025. He further submits that, the Applicant be permitted to delete the name of the Petitioner and substitute the Applicant as a Petitioner and carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within three weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
