By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner has expired on 12th January 2026. She further submits that, the Applicant is nephew of the deceased. She, therefore, prays that, the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within two weeks from the date of uploading this Order. 23.04.2026 Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl.
