By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon Alok Shivkumar Sharma, son of the deceased by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "The Hitavada" in English Language and in "Dainik Bhaskar" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi, widely circulated in Raipur Chatisghar. 3.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit that, the citation sent for service upon Alok Shivkumar Sharma through Sheriff of Bombay has been returned by the postal authority with remark "Not known". It is further stated that the bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay has filed an affidavit of service dated 30th March 2026. It is further stated that, the Applicant is not aware of the any other alternative address of said Alok Shivkumar Sharma. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit her to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "The Hitavada" in English Language and in "Dainik Bhaskar" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi, widely circulated in Raipur Chatisghar.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the citation sent for service upon Alok Shivkumar Sharma through Sheriff of Bombay has been returned by the postal authority with remark "Not known". She further submits that, the bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay has filed an affidavit of service dated 30th March 2026. It is further stated that, the Applicant is not aware of the any other alternative address of said Alok Shivkumar Sharma. She further submits that, the Applicant be permitted to publish the citation at Raipur, Chatisghar. She, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused para 8 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz."The Hitavada" in English Language and in "Dainik Bhaskar" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi, widely circulated in Raipur Chatisghar, by way of substituted service of citation upon Alok Shivkumar Sharma, son of the deceased within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
