By this preacipe dated 30th April, 2026, Ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks modification of Order dated 27th April, 2026. 2.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, inadvertently it was mentioned in the schedule to the Chamber Order that citation to be served upon all concerned. She further submits that, the citation to be served upon all concerned legal heirs of predeceased of husband of the deceased. She further submits that, the Applicant be permitted to publish the citation in the newspapers having circulation in Mumbai as well as Thane District. She tenders additional affidavit dated 2nd May 2026 and the same is taken on record.

Para 5 of Order dated 27th April, 2026 stands corrected and the same should be read as under:

"5.

Perused para 10(a) of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi,

widely circulated in Mumbai and Thane Districts, by way of substituted service of citation upon ALL CONCERNED legal heirs of predeceased husband of the deceased within six weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter."

Order dated 27th April, 2026 stands corrected accordingly.
