27. CHOL/322/2026 IN EXA(L)/5269/2024 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 05.03.2025, rejecting captioned Application under O.S. Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Upon perusal of Chamber Order it appears that by Order dated 05.03.2025, Applicant was granted four weeks time to remove office objections and to get the Application numbered. By Order dated 02.04.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court, time to remove office objections was extended till 23.04.2025. However, office objections could not be removed within stipulated time and Chamber Order for restoration of Application was filed on 12.02.2026. There is delay of 265 days in taking out Chamber Order which has been neither mentioned in Chamber Order nor explained by the Advocate though office objection with that regard has been raised by the Scrutiny Officer.

Looking to the delay of 265 days, the present Chamber Order is rejected. Ld. Advocate for Applicant has liberty to approach the Hon'ble Court.
