By this preacipe dated 7th May, 2026, Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner seeks permission to change the name of the newspapers for publication of citation at Navasari, State of Gujarat.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, by an Order dated 27th April, 2026, the Applicant / Petitioner was directed to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and "Mumbai Samachar" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati wide circulation in Mumbai and Navsari, in the State of Gujarat. She further submits that, the newspapers Free Press Journal and Mumbai Samachar are not circulated at Navasari, State of Gujarat. She further submits that, the Applicant / Petitioner be permitted to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Business Standard" in English Language and in "Finance Express" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati in place of "Free Press Journal" and "Mumbai Samachar" at Navasari.

In view of the above, the Order dated 27th April, 2026 stands modified under:

"Applicant is directed to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Mumbai Samachar" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati having circulation at Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra and "Business Standard" in English language and in "Finance Express" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati having circulation at Navsari, in the State of Gujarat." 4.
