By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Column "J" of the Execution Application as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the details of the bank account are required to be mentioned in Column "J" of the Execution Application as well as to write the percentage of share holding of the Judgment Debtor in the residential premises. She, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and reverification be dispensed with. 3.

Perused the affidavit in support. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within two weeks from the date of the uploading this Order. Reverification dispensed with.
