By this preacipe dated 4th June, 2026, Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff seeks extension of time to comply with the direction as per Order dated 6th May, 2026.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff submits that, as per Order dated 6th May 2026, the Plaintiff was granted liberty to serve the writ of summons upon the Defendant Nos. 5, 7 to 15 by way of substituted service publishing in newspapers within four weeks from the date of the Order. She further submits that the Applicant could not publish the writ of summons within a stipulated time. She, therefore, seeks an extension of three weeks time to comply with the directions.
