By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon (1) Cyrus A. Contractor, grandson of the deceased having address at Australia and (2) Dinshaw B. Contractor, nephew of the deceased, residing at U.S.A., by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in newspapers viz. "Sydney Morning Heralad" in English Language, widely circulation at New South Wales, Australia and in "The Oklahoman" in English language, widely circulation in Oklahoman, U.S.A.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit that, the citation sent for service through bailiff upon (1) Cyrus A Contractor, at Australia was returned and service upon (2) Dinshaw B. Contractor at U.S.A., was returned unknown. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit him to publish the citation at the place where they were residing in newspapers viz. "Sydney Morning Heralad" in English Language, widely circulation at New South Wales, Australia and in "The

Oklahoman" in English language, widely circulation in Oklahoman, U.S.A..

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, deceased died as spinster. He further submits that, the citation sent for service through bailiff upon (1) Cyrus A Contractor, at Australia was returned and service upon (2) Dinshaw B. Contractor at U.S.A., was returned unknown. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit him to publish the citation at the place where they were residing. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed. 5.

Perused para 8 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in newspapers viz. "Sydney Morning Heralad" in English Language, widely circulation at New South Wales, Australia and in "The Oklahoman" in English language, widely circulation in Oklahoman, U.S.A., by way of substituted service of citation upon ALL CONCERNED of the deceased within six weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
