CHOL/349/2026 IN P.C. : The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 13.03.2026, rejecting captioned Suit under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

S(L)/31483/2025 Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended that vide conditional Order dated 13.03.2026, Applicant was directed to remove office objections on or before 04.04.2026. Applicant tried to comply office objections, however, as there was office objections with regard to translation of documents, the same could not be done within time and the Suit got rejected.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that now, he will pursue captioned Suit diligently and therefore, prays that the Chamber Order may be granted.

Reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support appears to be bonafide, and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
