By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the Notice upon ALL CONCERNED legal heirs of the deceased, by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of Notice in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Hindu Daily Sindhi" in vernacular language i.e. Sindhi widely circulated in Mumbai. 3.
Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit that, the Applicant had do not have any details of the deceased parents or siblings and he is not aware of any legal heirs. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit him to publish the Notice in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Hindu Daily Sindhi" in vernacular language i.e. Sindhi widely circulated in Mumbai.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant do not have any details of the deceased parents or siblings and he not aware of any legal heirs. She further submits that, the

parents of the deceased expired in Karachi and the deceased hailed from Karachi when it was undivided India. She further submits that, all the siblings are predeceased the deceased without any legal heirs as they were unmarried. She further submits that, the Applicant has distant relatives / nephew of the deceased and he is not aware of the any other legal heirs. She, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused para 4 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the Notice in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Hindu Daily Sindhi" in vernacular language i.e. Sindhi widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service of citation upon ALL CONCERNED legal heirs of the deceased within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the Notice is published within two weeks thereafter.
