Disha Parekh, Advocate for Respondent No. 2 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 27.02.2026, rejecting captioned Application under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended that vide conditional Order dated 27.02.2026, Applicant was directed to remove office objections within two weeks. However, the Assistant of the Advocate was not well and hence, he could not keep track of the matter. Thus, office objections could not be removed within time and the matter got rejected.

Today, Ld. Advocate for Respondents are present and they submit that appropriate order may be passed.

Reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support appears to be bonafide, and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed. In view thereof, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed upon payment of cost of Rs. 2,500/- to 'The High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai' - Bank of India Mumbai (Main) .... 2
