1. The present Chamber Order is filed by the Advocate Mr. Pradip R. Kadam for his discharge as Advocate for Defendant No. 10 in Suit No. 1399 of 2008.

2. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that the aforesaid Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Defendant No. 10 in the year 2011, in the aforesaid Suit and filed Written Statement on behalf of Defendant No. 10 as per the orders passed by the Hon'ble Court. It is further stated that in December 2013, the Defendant No. 10 has taken back the papers of the matter as also No Objection with intention to engage another Advocate in the aforesaid matter. Since Defendant No. 10 has not engaged Advocate in the aforesaid Suit, the notice dated 03.02.2026 was sent to the Defendant No. 10 of his last known address, however the said notice is returned back with the postal remark "Insufficient address". The Ld. Advocate also tried to contact Defendant No. 10 on his mobile number available with him, however, the response is received that "number does not exists". In view thereof, the present Chamber Order is filed for

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.

Mr. Pradip R. Kadam, Advocate is hereby discharged as Advocate for Defendant No. 10 in Suit No. 1399 of 2008. Office to delete the name of the said Advocate from the record of the aforesaid Suit.
