By this Chamber Order, the Applicant applies for amendment of petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner since deceased and expired on 20th September 2024. She further submits that, the Applicant are legal heirs of the deceased and the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition and bring the legal heirs on records, as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 3.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from the date of the uploading this Order.
