Perused the praecipe which is filed for speaking to the minutes of order dated 30.03.2026. In the said order, following corrections are to be made:- (i) In the title name of the deceased is mentioned as 'Nari Manghanmal Kripalani' is replaced with the name 'Sarla Nari Kripalani';

12.TS.65.2026.doc (ii) Third line of paragraph No.3, the name 'Nari Manghanmal Kripalani' be replaced with 'Sarla Nari Kripalani'; and (iii) On page No.20, paragraph No.10, be read as follows: "The parties have prayed to take on record the Concurrent Will 2 which is annexed with the Consent Terms at Annexure 2 and Probate was prayed to be granted to the parties of Concurrent Will 1 and 2 respectively, i.e. Probate of Concurrent Will 1 to the Plaintiff being the Executor therein and Probate of concurrent Will 2 to the Defendant being the Executor therein.''
