Perused the praecipe which is filed for speaking to the minutes of order dated 30.03.2026. In the said order, following corrections are to be made:- (i) On page No.16, paragraph No.10, be read as follows: "The parties have requested this Court to allow the Defendant to act as Executor in respect of Last Will and
13.TS.90.2026.doc Testament dated 24th February 1998 and Codicil dated 6th June 2001 executed by the deceased and Defendant be allowed to convert the present Petition from Testamentary Petition for Letters of Administration to Testamentary Petition for Probate. Therefore as per the Consent Terms the Defendant has agreed to act as the Executor as stated in the Will and Codicil and Letters of Administration or Probate was sought of the Defendant and not the Plaintiff in the present Suit.'

Necessary corrections be carried out in the original order dated 30.03.2026 and corrected order be uploaded. 5.
