Mr. Chetan D. Bablani is present in the Court and he undertakes that he will appear before the office of the Official Assignee as and when called. If for any medical reason he is unable to attend, he should inform the office of the Official Assignee by calling them or through WhatsApp, failing which, bailable warrant would be issued.

Mr. Chetan D. Bablani is further directed to furnish all the details which were called for by the office of the Official Assignee within a period of six weeks from today. If such compliance is not made then the Court will consider to take serious action against Mr. Chetan D. Bablani. 3.

In view of above, Rule NISI is discharged.
