I have perused the Official Assignee Report. The last two attempt to sell Unit No.45 situated at Eastern Chambers Co-operative Society, Dana Bunder, Mumbai- 400 009 failed since no bid was received and, therefore, the present report seeks permission to reauction the said premises. 2.

On a perusal of the Official Assignee's Report, the Official Assignee's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C).

The reserved price is reduced from Rs.1.75 crores to Rs.1.50 SAYYED SAEED ALI AHMED ALI by SAYYED SAEED ALI AHMED ALI Date:

2026.01.31 12:45:19 +0530 crores, since there were no bids received on the basis of earlier reserved price.

The Official Assignee is free to engage any broker for sale of the said unit.
