In 2003, the debtor was declared insolvent. The amount lying in the account is Rs.500/-, whereas the debts are more than Rs.2,97,395/-. Two decades have passed and the petitioning creditor has failed to furnish the information of the insolvent to the Official Assignee. The insolvent has expired on 20 August 2000. There are no assets of the insolvent as per the Official Assignee's record. 2.

In view thereof, no purpose would be served in pursuing the present petition.

Therefore, the Official Assignee's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) & (B).
