The order of adjudication was passed in December 1999 and Rule NISI was issued but till today, whereabouts of the insolvent are not known. The amount lying in the account is only Rs.1,448/-. Therefore, no purpose would be served in pursuing this matter. There are no assets of insolvent as per Official Assignee's record. Petitioning creditor also failed to give any details.

In view of above, the Official Assignee's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).
