The order of adjudication was passed in 2003. The amount lying in the account is only Rs.317/-, whereas the debts are Rs.1.66 crores. Private examination was completed but public examination could not be conducted on account of the reason attributable to the insolvent and more than 20 years have passed. There are no assets of insolvent as per Official Assignee's record.

Therefore, no purpose would be served in pursuing this petition.

The Official Assignee's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).
