The order of adjudication was passed in 2003. The amount lying in the estate account is only Rs.823/-, whereas the debts are Rs.7.37 crores. More than 23 years have passed and the petitioning creditor has failed to furnish any information. There are no assets of insolvent as per Official Assignee's records. 2.

In view of above, no purpose would be served in pursuing this matter.

The Official Assignee's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
