The order of adjudication was passed in 2003. The amount lying in the estate account is only Rs.403/-. The debts are approximately Rs.25,000/-. More than 20 years have passed and the petitioning creditor has failed to furnish any information. As per the records of the Official Assignee there are no assets of the insolvent. 2.

In view of above, no purpose would be served in pursuing this matter.

The Official Assignee's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).
