In this matter, the adjudication order was passed in 1999. The balance lying in the account is only Rs.623/- and the liabilities are Rs.6.33 lakhs. Despite intimation, petitioning creditor has not taken any steps for more than last two decades. In view of above, no purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending. Therefore, the O.S. report is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause A and B and the petition stands disposed of. Allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses (A) and (B).
