The order of adjudication was passed in 2001. The amount lying in the account is only Rs.369/- whereas the liability is Rs.2.35 crores. There are no further assets of the insolvent. Private examination was closed in 2004. Inspite of various efforts the insolvent is not attending the office of the official assignee. Therefore, no purpose would be served in pursuing this matter.
