The order of was passed in 2007. The amount lying in the estate account is only Rs.840/- whereas the liability is Rs.1,75,000/-. There are no assets of the insolvent as per the report. In view of above, no purpose would be served in continuing with the present proceeding. Therefore, the official assignee's report is absolute in terms of Prayer Clauses (A) and (B).
