The order of adjudication in this matter was passed on 16 August 1971. Thereafter, the insolvent has not filed the schedule of assets and liabilities till today.

The petitioning-creditor has failed to deposit the initial deposit for expenses. The petitioning-creditor has not been attending this matter since then. The whereabouts the insolvent is also not known.

In view of above, no purpose would be serve in pursuing the matter.
